As their teachers, it is our job to know, understand, and honor what every student brings to the table - including those with rich language expertise. Join Nicole Florez, IMSE Literacy Specialist, as we define some key language-focused terms, identify aspects of these students’ experiences, and learn about ways we can support their growth from an asset-based lens.
